SVCC Co-Hosts Salon on Energy Companies Expanding into the Middle East

The Middle East remains central to the global energy map — and is also transforming under national strategies such as Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE Energy Strategy 2050. Traditional energy players are accelerating into new energy and low-carbon technologies, while sovereign funds seek international partnership. For Chinese energy companies, the region offers major opportunity alongside complex compliance and geopolitical considerations.

On the afternoon of August 6, 2025, Dentons Shanghai hosted — and Shanghai Vista Consulting Corporation (SVCC) co-hosted — a practical salon on energy companies expanding into the Middle East. The program was guided by Shanghai’s Belt and Road comprehensive service center and brought together legal, energy, infrastructure, and corporate participants to discuss market entry, risk, tax, and partnership pathways.

SVCC contributed cross-border advisory perspective for companies evaluating Middle East expansion — covering market structure, partnership models, and execution readiness. We continue to support energy and sustainability clients seeking international growth with practical, multi-market guidance.
